1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the panda95 platform (website, mobile app, or related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision stated herein, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and panda95 as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or begin using any of the services provided.

Panda95 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed within the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

Account Eligibility Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Only one account per individual is permitted. Holding multiple accounts may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
  • All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Account Security Responsibilities
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
  • Do not share your login details with any other party.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Report any unauthorised access to panda95 support immediately.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Users of the panda95 platform agree to comply with all of the following usage rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without compensation.

Users are solely responsible for all betting decisions made. panda95 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of a user's betting decisions. All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed.

The panda95 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. panda95 makes no warranty that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or that it will meet any specific user expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, panda95 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

Panda95 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation. If the closure is at the user's request, any valid balance will be refunded upon completion of the relevant verification process.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the panda95 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of panda95 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
